We have the expertise to help you with resume writing, interview skill practice, online job searches, and expanding your network of potential employers (which is where 60% of all new jobs are discovered).
We can help you search for advertised jobs using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sources -- but we are also willing to reach out directly to employers of interest (whether or not they are publicly advertising). We believe that this active approach can help open doors, that would otherwise remain closed or hidden.
On the Job Support and Career Counseling
When needed, we offer on-site job assistance which can include job coaching, employer consultation, and follow-along supports for the new employee in an effort to promote workplace satisfaction and success.
Career counseling begins with discovering your strengths and personal motivation. This process can include job shadowing, community work experiences, onsite job tours, and virtual exploration.
